Guides
Short, step-by-step walkthroughs that help you reach a first useful result in Blocchi.
Guides (/app/guides) are optional walkthroughs of three steps each. Every action happens inside the guide, in a dialog, so you never lose your place. Your progress is saved on every step, per person and per workspace, and you can come back any time.
Guides are also listed right below Blocchino in the sidebar, searchable in the command palette, and linked from related pages ("New here? Let a guide walk you through it"). The Desk recommends the guide that matches the goal you chose during onboarding.

Your ideal customer
The first step of several guides uses your ideal customer (also called an ICP, ideal customer profile): the kind of customer you help best and most want more of. Onboarding drafts it from your website; you confirm it, and you can edit it later in a guide. It is stored as a customer segment in your Commercial Model.
What a guide does and does not claim
- Finishing a guide records your progress only. It is not a business result.
- Numbers come only from governed measurements. A missing number is not zero.
- Anything consequential (turning on a Play, starting a paid discovery search, adding a prospect, activating a plan) needs your explicit confirmation, and follows the same permissions as the rest of Blocchi. Only workspace admins can connect channels or change configuration.
Blocchino and guides
Ask Blocchino how to get started, find customers or build a plan, and it recommends the matching guide with a link. If you explicitly ask it to start, continue or restart a guide, it can update your guide progress for you.
